All products are final, no refunds or exchanges due to the nature of the products.

What materials do you use?

Most of my artworks are made with acrylic paint.

How do you package your orders?

All orders are packaged to ensure a safe delivery of the product. Depending on the size, artworks may be shipped stretched or rolled in a tube. Information about the way of shipping is on each product description.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We ship with Canada Post, Fedex, UPS, Purolator and Canpar.

Will I be notified when my order has shipped?

Yes, you will be notified once your order has shipped and you will receive the package tracking details.

How long does it take to process my order?

All orders take 1-4 business days to be processed.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

If your order has already been shipped, you will not be able to cancel your order.
